We'll manage your booth, engage with attendees in fluent Japanese, present your products expertly, and act as the local face of your company. How It Works: 1. Free Initial Consultation: The process begins with a discovery call to understand your product, business goals, and, most importantly, identify the specific trade show and timeline you are targeting. 2. Detailed Custom Quotation: Following our consultation, we will prepare a comprehensive proposal. As this requires coordinating multiple factors (transportation, booth fees and rentals, our representation fees, and optional print materials), please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to build and deliver your detailed quote. 3. Agreement & Project Kick-off: Once you approve the quote and we finalize the agreement, the project officially begins. We move into the strategy phase, working with you to become experts on your product and brand message, and coordinating the shipment of your products and materials to us here in Japan. 4. Exhibition & Lead Capture: Our team manages the booth, represents your company professionally, and captures valuable leads from interested attendees throughout the event. 5. Post-Show Reporting & Debrief: After the trade show, we provide a comprehensive report detailing attendee feedback, all leads generated, and our strategic recommendations for your next steps in the Japanese market.
